Pros

Regardless of what industry you are in, there has always been a struggle between keeping employees "happy" and growing a business. Since the beginning, TechMD has always worked hard to keep both of these moving forward. One key aspect of pulling this off is having constant communication take place from management to all staff of the state, direction, and struggles of business. You can't work at TechMD and not feel like you are are a part of something really special and that what you do really matters. Most everyone wants to progress in their career. For a small business to offer this advancement, there has to be growth which results in employee opportunities. TechMD has not only worked hard in providing avenues of advancement to employees via company growth, they have also strongly focused on employee satisfaction. This is done by making the working environment (culture) inviting, inclusive, and fun. Life is short. What better way to do this than spend a major part of it advancing your career and having fun with a great bunch of people while doing it.

they can't make up their mind on things, everything changes on a 6 month cycle,

Pros

Remote work, decent paid Holidays don't do nights or weekends much

Cons

low pay compared to the industry,not many raises, company has gone down hill since becoming partly owned by PE firm and bringing in a HR Executive who changed things a lot and doesn't seem to care about employees. Top management has become more distant as company has grown too much by taking over other companies.
