Pros
Everyone I spoke with was always very nice and helpful. They gave me a ten percent raise after a few years as a contractor and a little holiday gift every year.
Cons
Their benefits are not that great; they don't provide any vacation or holiday pay, their health plan was nothing to write home about, and their 401k doesn't offer matching.
