Pros

TechHeights is a fast-paced, motivated place to work. If you like staying active and picking up new skills, you’ll fit right in. The managers are easy to talk to, and you always know what’s expected of you. Sometimes things move pretty fast, but that just makes the job more exciting and helps you learn even quicker. I started as an intern and have now moved to a Sr tech. Amazing company!!!

Cons

At present, no drawbacks have been identified.

Working here is an incredibly engaging experience where the days fly by in the blink of an eye, requiring immediate action and energy from start to finish. Because the technology landscape is always expanding, the environment provides continuous learning opportunities to constantly grow your skillset. Leadership has established a highly structured management team that serves as a rock-solid corporate foundation for the company. Additionally, you are surrounded by diverse and uniquely knowledgeable coworkers who are always wonderful to learn from. Ultimately, the work is so rewarding and captivating that the hardest part of the entire job is simply wanting to log off at the end of the day.

Cons

The environment moves very quickly, which might be intense for anyone seeking a slower pace.

Pros

I’ve been working at TechHeights for a few years now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. You learn a lot, especially early on, and get exposure to real-world environments pretty quickly. Management sets clear expectations, which helps you stay focused, and over time you’re trusted more with responsibilities. The team is supportive, and if you’re willing to put in the effort, there’s definitely room to grow.

Cons

At times, managing client expectations and ensuring every detail is flawless can be challenging, but it hones our ability to excel under pressure.
