      Inconsistent management, few to rare opportunities to advance, preferential treatment is felt even if it was not intended, lack of communication, can me a “what have you done for me lately” type of mentality, pay gap

      People are great My manager and co-workers are always available Remote work is a positive experience As a 100% employee-owned company employee voices are heard, and we all reap the benefit of TechFlow success.

      As a medium size company you get to wear many hats which can be a pro and/or a con.
