This is one of the best work cultures I've ever been a part of. Management is straightforward, open to critique, and responsive. Everyone is friendly and respectful, and the company actually cares about its employees. Like anywhere, some weeks you work 40h, some weeks you work more. If you get into a consistent pattern of working over 40h, they will help you reshuffle responsibilities.
