Nothing great. I joined techengg and was thinking it was a good opportunity. But turned out one of the worst company.

No goals
No deadlines or no projects just work on anything thats come. No structure in place all depend on Bobby sir for everything. There is nothing much to learn or get experience. Salary strucutre bad no PF/Medical or any other benefits.
Nothing as such.
Only thing is you will not have work since there is no leadership nor any direction for the company.
Cons
They dont have a corporate culture.
Work like a lala company.
No reviews/no feedback.
If anything goes wrong they will blast you will all kinds of words.
