Cons
-First of all the management is not transparent. They talk so nicely during the selection process, they issue a softcopy of the offer letter and once you are in Singapore, you would see a different terms and conditions in the hard copy of the offer letter. You would not have an option not to sign it.You are locked. - In their offer letter, they mention the contract is for 12 months, however there will be a point saying that you have to serve your notice period of 2 months even after you resign after 12months. Quite unfair. So indirectly you have to work for 14months, even though you dont resign before first 12months. - If you resign after serving your contract period also , you are supposed to pay 2 months salary and they threaten to take it legally. Will be absolutely locked with them with no option to switch. - They dont issue your payslips even after repeated requests. - Worst pay masters, you would realize that only after you step in SG.
