The company structure is defined by family relations and personal friendship between employees and not by Qualification or years of experience. 30% employees are Cousins or related by law. rest 30% are randomly hired employees from Manav Rachna college or random referrals, Quality of talent pool is hence very low. They play a lot of politics when someone resigns, they forcefully make you serve 90 days notice, or give you no notice at all as per their will n wish. There's no employee perks like Insurance, Laptop, incentives etc.
