Frequent changes that would be expected with any company experiencing growth.

The tight-knit team, supportive, laid-back environment. Virtual golf in-office! Rapid growth, innovative culture that allows for flexibility in roles. Compared to previous companies I've worked for, here, I truly feel like I'm part of a team that's dedicated to improving the customer experience through continuous innovation.

Honestly can't think of any real con or downside to working here. Maybe more outside events locally could be beneficial, maybe some type of paintball/golf tournament, idk.
