Freedom to run your practice as you wish with the support when you need it. The practice does a great job of bringing in people who want to do great work and who are not egomaniacs. Every Partner I have interacted with in my 3 years here has been a pleasure to work with. Great reputation in the industry which allows me to have an open door for BD. Their reputation is a direct result of the fact that the firm really cares about ethics and has a zero tolerance for any unethical behavior. Access to the partner network when I don't have an answer that I need for my client. Excellent compensation structure that incentivizes partners to work together as often as possible making is a very collaborative environment
Cons
The company has recently addressed some of the cons by putting in place a COO as the firms first full time executive responsible for day to day operations as the firm grows.
