Pros

The actual work isn’t very demanding, and a few colleagues are supportive. But that’s about the only positive I can think of.

Cons

No Respect for Personal Boundaries: There’s zero sense of privacy. People constantly comment on others’ personal lives, and women especially face a lot of unnecessary judgment. Even things like family choices or lifestyle get discussed openly, sometimes even at lunch, which makes the workplace feel more like a gossip circle than a professional space. Gender Bias & Misogyny: There have been comments from leadership that were deeply disturbing and unacceptable in any setting, let alone a workplace. It creates a really exhausting environment. HR Is Not Employee-Friendly: HR unfortunately isn’t there for the employees. Most of the time, HR side with management, and genuine concerns are brushed aside. You can’t really go to her with issues because nothing gets done, and in some cases, things even get worse after speaking up. Unpredictable Leadership: The CEO behaves erratically, and the rules feel like they’re made up on the spot. There’s no consistency, no logic—just mood-based decisions. If something goes wrong, it’s met with yelling, not solutions. Reporting to leadership is honestly more stressful than the work itself. No Empathy, No Support: There’s a serious lack of basic compassion. Even when someone is going through a personal loss, it’s not respected. Toxic Culture & Forced Social Media Promotion: Every month, employees are expected to like and share company posts on LinkedIn and Instagram. If you don’t, your name is noted and you’re quietly called out or treated differently. It feels forced and fake, and definitely not something you’d expect from a healthy work culture. Fake Reviews & High Attrition: Many of the glowing reviews you’ll see online are written under pressure. If you're considering joining, I’d strongly suggest you speak to someone who’s worked here before. The attrition rate speaks for itself.

Pros

Nothing good at all Everyone is doing mirco management. And senior are slave of CEO.

Cons

I would advise potential candidates to be cautious before considering this organization. Many of the 5-star reviews appear to be solicited under pressure. Employees are reportedly asked to like and follow the company’s social media pages, with implications that failure to do so may affect internal evaluations such as PMS (Performance Management System) scores. The HR department lacks professionalism and a proper understanding of their role. Employees are required to use their personal email IDs for official communication, which raises privacy concerns. Micromanagement is prevalent, and those who take sick leave are often unfairly targeted or threatened with termination. Even minor instances like leaving 45 minutes early are treated with undue scrutiny, including demands for written explanations. There have also been inappropriate practices reported, such as preferential placement of women in certain departments based on the preferences of senior staff—raising serious concerns about workplace ethics. The company’s leadership, including the CEO, has reportedly crossed professional boundaries, including pressuring employees to attend social events. Those who choose to stand up for themselves or raise objections face the risk of dismissal. To female professionals especially: please exercise caution. The work environment may not be safe or respectful, and many of the positive reviews may not reflect the actual internal culture.

Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

HR plays petty office politics. Anindita Dam doesn't have any HR knowledge but plays petty office politics. She will try to demean you and your experience but at the same time won't be able to explain simple recruitment metrics such as KPIs, iteration rate, recuruitment cycle etc. Anindita even asks everyone o share their official email id and password with her, so that she can keep a watch on everyone. She expect the team to come to office at 10:30 am and leave the office at 7:30 Pm, else the attendance get irregular affect the salary. However, she herself leaves at 7:10pm. She rejected a candidate saying she is a woman candidate, even though the candidate was upto mark and the team lead was okay to hire her. The candidate too was willing to do night shift from home as per company's requirement. That's the kind of diversity inclusion this company promotes.
