There used to be lot of pro's a few years back - the company had a good system at place, a healthy work life balance and a decent payout.
Cons
Office Politics : It is highly prevalent, it impacts everything - right from hiring to allocation. It has created a toxic culture and that is a major reason for decline. Bad financial investments: Past few years, the management has made huge mistakes in investing in product firms that plunged the finances of the company - impacting everyone's hike and even some people's job. There is a major chunk of workforce who are deadweight and arent contributing to projects - leading to clients going away from the company. (This is a direct result of shabby and biased hiring processes)
