Pros

1- Great product, helping lives with a great potential to grow rapidly, and the vision is communicated continuously. 2- Constant effort from all teams to help Employees grow, improve the process, and enhance the product massively. 3- The HR team is remarkable, working all the time to help everyone and the organization itself, with outstanding communication and organization skills they are able to make great things happen. We are very lucky to have them. 4- People at Coral are really great to work with, they are very friendly and hard workers with outstanding experience and knowledge. 5- Working with a great Technology stack and continuously improving the product and learning new skills.

Cons

1- Sometime the load is heavy, specially in the end of the sprint. 2- The delivery needs enhancements in terms of defining the appropriate amount of features and executing them effectively, while not panicking when things don't get delivered on time. 3- The communication between management and the rest of the team should be improved, specially when a problem arises or a task doesn't get finished. 4- The technical management shouldn't intervene with delivery management, Technical Experts should focus on helping the whole team preform better without micro-managing them. 5- All the team should start thinking about Time Management when it comes to meetings and prioritizing the important work to be done.
