Pros
Typically full remote work unless on-site customer support is needed. Been working 99% remote for most of my employment here, really great. Will sponsor you for a secret clearance. Great benefits, about 1 month of combined PTO/Sick/Holiday by default. They're willing to pay you what you're worth and advance you if it means keeping you in the area. Personal initiative is valued and under normal working conditions you're given the space needed to be productive. Work is stable and they'll shuffle you typically once a year to learn new skills or retain you as projects open and close.
Cons
Management at all levels is great in general but an overbearing focus on customer facing image has twice resulted in degraded conditions for myself and other team members that was not necessary due to hasty and uninformed high level decision making. Customer pressure translates directly into management pressure at a 1:1 or a 1:2 ratio. As a result your experience here will vary based on the customer your team has.
