Very friendly. Everyone is always willing to help. Very understanding management staff, never gives you a hard time unless you earned it. Everyone is very well versed in their respective fields.
Cons
Workload can sometimes become overwhelming. Some people are out quite often, making it difficult to schedule with them. Client base is quite large, which sometimes stretches available technicians. People with health issues may not have enough PTO.
