I do not like this company. The Environment is really TOXIC. Back beaching is on top was there. Seniors is not supported the BDM is really not supported. If I talking about the incentive part there is really a stupid system(No-system) management are of there words, partiality between the employees in terms to providing the incentive. The CEO is not Cooperative. If fire employees without taking the concern. Zero-Learning. They have a large team but they did not deduct PF of single any previous person. They only force to new employs for PF.
