No premium on basic healthcare, discounted rates on higher plans. Flexible hours Easy to get a job if you are willing to work The work is easy and pay is decent for what it is Chill environment Free Snacks They reward loyalty

Management all the way up to the VP have little to no business experience outside of this company so they kind of make up stuff as they go and see what sticks Some managers and VP's seem like they are only there because they are friends with the CEO Lots of corny buzz words thrown around because managers don't know how real businesses work. They put too much responsibility/rely too much on the lowest employees to get stuff done Lots of office gossip HUA
