Pros

TST supports its employees with a progressive benefits package, including flexible schedules and the best healthcare available. They offer training and opportunities for upward mobility within the company, and it feels good to be working in a place that is more like a close-knit family. Everyone here takes joy and pride in working as a team, and as a result the customers notice. I've had exceptional experiences with everyone from the top leaders to the techs who work in the field.

Cons

Every year, the leadership team unveils a new benefit or opportunity for the TST team -- and they are receptive to new ideas. If I could think of a way to improve, I would feel comfortable talking with them about it. Everyone is so friendly. I really appreciate working for such a caring company, so right now I can't think of a negative.
