      Pros

      Most of the people who work here are trying to do the right thing. People out on the floor are a great bunch of folks who've been here on average more than five years.

      Cons

      Training is nearly nonexistent. The work life balance policy is pretty bad. Most supervisors and manager allow far more leeway than what the policy states. Company has a very narrow product focus and that product is becoming obsolete. Compensation has always lagged behind the industry. There is more than money that can be used as compensation. Benefits package used to be top notch. Not so much anymore.

      Pros

      There is still a strong core of mid to low level employees who hold out faith that the company can turn around.

      Cons

      There is an almost annual reduction of benefits often made to sound like a benefit to the employees. Pay increase's, performance reviews and employee appreciation are things of the past. Checking into work for the day always wondering "Is today going to be my last day?"
