A good place to work, u have freedom to work with numerous direct clients, no micro management, no pressure, healthy environment, acceptable incentive structure in the market and pretty decent quarterly rewards and prizes.
Cons
Shift hours- don’t know why management decided to extend shift hours, need to work 10 hrs everyday.
