Pros

The locality of the company is at the central location

Cons

Bond of 2+ years to be signed for joining the company. Also the next increment would be based on if you are ready to sign the next bond and not based on ur performance. For beginners there is no guidance... They will directly be placed onto live trials and do on job learning hampering the quality of data. There is no backup so no leaves granted and in emergency client deliverable is put on hold. No compoff or overtime given the explanation is its for your own learning that you are investing time. They could even ask you to leave in 10 mins of notice with only the cheque of the days you have worked. Lots of internal politics of senior collegues make you work like bonded labour. Salary would come only on or after 7th of next month and Salary slip only after 25th of next month. Sharp 9:30 entry else half salary would be deducted Request to all - It's good to be unemployed rather than joining here.

Some internal processes could be more efficient, but the leadership listens and adapts quickly to suggestions. It’s a dynamic and supportive place to grow.
