      Hardly found any pros for the company.

      Cons

      I could list the number cons at the company: The working environment was like a school. Your managers are your teachers who expect you to be sitting in a single seat for the entirety of your shift. The pay is bad, and to top it off, paid holidays are given as if it's a favour. And taking said holidays feels like a burden.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
