      Lot to learn here, Good cafeteria.

      Cons

      Attrition rate is high which they don't care. Reason for this as follows No transperancy for the offer letter, there is a variable pay. Worst transport services and also they charge you for transport services. You have to meet bunch of qualifiers to get your salary and sales incentives(APQ points). No one cares for employees health even if you met with accident you have to attend the office.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
