Pros
1. Once you allotted to a billable project you will get your compete variable pay on monthly basis itself. 2. If you are good at your job your job is safe. 3. No additional overheads part from your project work. Some companies may give work in parallel to your projects
Cons
1. No hikes as per market standard 2.Top talent can’t stay because of their low pay band range 3.If you are not good at marketing yourself you may not get required appreciation and recognition. 4.Managers have very little to do. Atleast that’s what observed in my project.
