      Pros

      No Pros..the worst MNC i have worked so far ..their policies are the worst among all the IT MNCs which are there in INDIA..a big no go for anyone who has an alternate offer.

      Cons

      A company which is having all the policies for giving employees pain. they will say while giving offer you will get 100% variable pay after 3 months of joining but they never give the same. Also they never give you good opportunities based on your skill sets. You have skill X but they will map you to role Y instead of skill X. Also how they calculate Salary and give it to you its totally not understandable. So best always to say NO to their offer if you have another offer in your hand and it can be any company.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
