      Pros

      Hybrid Culture for some projects.

      Cons

      - There is no ELTP training, they will assign some udemy course for formality aka training.Allocation to projects starts from 1st week of your joining, they will randomly allocate anyone to anywhere. - Most projects are supporting or non-tech, neither growth nor job security. - If you do not get any project, be ready to face termination anytime without prior notice.(happened with me)

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
