Pros

The Electronic City TechM campus is just awesome, The trainer who trained us was really good even though the training was short Colleagues were really good people

They are liars, no idea about other processes but I was hired for insurance process on pretext of them telling that there will be very less calls, but during training they started pushing us really bad and the training was for 3 days, no OJT and directly made us start to take 140 calls a day. Really bad management. Assigned to a team lead and on the first day itself he threatened the whole team, he said we have to punch in break to use washroom and if we exhaust it then we won't have breaks at all TL does extra micro management and told us that he won't provide even a single leave unless it's a hospital emergency Hostile work environment I would want to name two horrible people that is Jerin Jacob the manager and the team lead Saleem from Narayana health process The payment is really really low, I clearly stated them that I was working previously for 3.5LPA and 21k in hand per month and they didn't provide my offer letter until I joined office. I was shocked to know that there were no additional benefits and my package was 2.7, despite them promising that my take home will be 21k including the yearly bonus being added to the salary every month, 0 incentives

Provides exposure to newer technologies to enhance your profile. But that's about it!

Cons

Project Management and Human Resources are total jokes at this firm. Both are absolutely non-committed to supporting the Associates at any level. Especially in situations where a fellow Team Associate/Lead egregiously violates the Terms and Conditions of rhe Signed Employment Offer Letter where they attempt to stake ownership over a Client Deliverable but legally they're not allowed to but Project Management will let it be blown under the rug without repercussions for Associates who are seen as more valuable than others but if you're impacted here as the victim then good luck trying to fight and get it reversed because: 1. You'll more than likely be released to the bench soon after; 2. No matter if you put your head down and engage your positive energies towards moving on in a positive direction, eventually you'll be victimized here too as that same Project Management will be sure to hurt your chances for future project allocations eventually resulting in your HR Notice being served upon you and an eventual dismissal. 3. Even more unethical on their part is the lack of reality when you do come forward to file your grievance either with your Regional HR or Business HR, they will use the "Terms and Conditions" of the Employment Offer Letter against you even though you've been done wrong. They have no remorse here and in hindsight, regardless of when you file this grievance, they don't care! Their stance is their stance! POINT, BLANK AND PERIOD!
