      Job Security for the most part. Might give you a certification voucher.

      Cons

      Inefficient work style leading to no work life balance in completing the deliverables for the client. Need to inform month ago for leaves. Laborious work culture and environment. No perks. Extending work hours to overlap with the clients and finish deliverables according to their timelines is a usual habbit. Client satisfaction above all attitude leading to no privilege to us from our job. We need to tale our leaves as per they and management wish, not as per we.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
