Until you make sales, you are not a good agent and you are not performing. There is no proper equipment, bad chairs, and miserable systems. Managers don't even know the word of respect. Every occupation does have respect and every person has some respect, if you're not providing the sales then you are not capable of gaining the respect. Traveling to the office does take away most of your day. 4 hours of traveling to the office to and fro They are taking the non-sales agents and asking them to make sales. Pulling someone from a non-sales background and asking to make sales is such a stupid thing. Candidates who are attending the interview, please make sure that you have sales experience or you are capable of making sales. If not, please don't attend the interview and people who are completing the open degree. Please avoid the company, it takes most of your time.
