      Leadership team is excellent. There are several opportunities within the organization. Work pressure depends on project to project and the most important fact is organization is ready to meet the future challenges in terms of embracing new technologies and adapting new business strategies.

      Cons

      Middle level managers are not good. Companies policy towards employees are also bad. Nepotism is bad for the organization. Salary Shift timings Shift allowances Weekend working Leave policies

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
