Pros

if you have laid-back attitude and you want 2 live a retired life, this is a company for you. otherwise nothing good abt it.

Cons

1) they dont have good projects 95% testing and 4% admin-cots products etc. 2) not a single technology project they have 3) they dont pay variable on time, you may get variable pay for June in Sept( not sure) 4) Poor Managers-HR with poor skills 5) you can find managers from tata motors managing an IT prjoct (you can not find anywhere else) 6) Poor Bus service, al the buses are taken from junkyard and most the buses are victims of riots and agitation. 7) HR-Mgmt are the biggest liars, for laterals they shout "development project-development project" but eventually you will end up in testing or customization projects. 8) dipola holders from aptech-niit are tech leads here 9) for freshers they are exploting their careers, at the end of 2 yrs they will be at the middle of nowhere. 10) there is no process, poorer than a govt organization. there are many such things, for gods sake dont even ask your enemy to join this place.

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
