Pros
If you do a good job, you can get recognition. Decent to Good policies, employee engagement, freedom etc. This will differ Unit to Unit. But among the top 5 India IT provider - TechM has a good mix of all things for an employee. If you get a good offer , go for it.
Cons
This is probably true not just for TechM. But for all top IT services companies. Most companies do mundane AMS type work in 80% projects (even MNCs). Your boss plays a key role. Because AMS type work can be done by almost anybody with decent IQ. Hence, politicking & boot licking becomes important.
