      Pros

      Some projects are good. Will help u to enhance ur technical skills.

      Cons

      Insensitive higher level management. Peanuts as salary. Cruel office politics. They will file ur h1b and sit around for 2 years and make u work for peanuts. If are in att account then they will make u loose it someday. Good for a fresher but just switch once bond is over. They won't release u from project. Hr people basically don't have a say on u. All things rest with unit heads who behaves no less than Hitlers. Never trust anyone there even if he behaves as ur friend.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
