Pros

I have a bad back and can not stand for hours at a time, so I need to work at a job that I can sit down and move around a little.

Cons

customer service is emotionally draining work. for 10.00 an hour i put up with a lot of name calling and getting yelled at by customers for fingerhut. We get 2 15 minute breaks and 1/2 hour for lunch but no benifits at all. No PTO, sick time,insurance, paid holidays or vacations. I have been here 8 months now and we never got the raise we were supposed to get, and I haven't earned 1 day of vacation yet. They gave us Christmas eve, Christmas Day, New years eve and New years day off, Plus a couple of storm days in January and with no holiday pay or PTO it really hurt the paycheck. There is not a decent break room for employees and only 1 microwave for everyone.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
