      Review is about IES Group *Not good for fresher *Exp. candidate should know which ODC your work for & what kind of JOB *No onsite opportunity for Product Design team if client is from India *Appraisal cycle is will be for 1.6yrs ones for 3 yrs u will have 2 appraisal cycle *Employee friendly is less

      I have joined with lot of hope not i got disappointed & writing this review Before joining just know who is your client & were we need to report India or abroad for people looking for onsite Never join if project is for Indian client

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
