      Pros

      Onsite opportunities. Onsite opportunities. Onsite opportunities. Note --> I mentioned only onsite opportunities option as a pros. But just to maintain 20 word minimum criteria , I am copying the same option thrice.

      Cons

      1) 9.30 working hours. 2) Very poor management. 3) Worst annual increments. Do not expect more than 7 % on an average. 4) Very poor policies. 5 ) Company's only goal --> cost cutting 6) No recognition for good work. 7) Its always about " Client satisfaction " . No one cares about employees.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
