Pros

During the day of your interview they will treat you with respect and promise you everything

Cons

They will tell you after 2 days, you will get a call from HR and also give you an email id for you to send some documents. My worst experience is recently myself and my friend attended an experienced interview for java. The interview was scheduled between 10am to 1pm. But it got actually started at 3pm, until then nothing happened there. And it started after eating all our energies :( By 6pm the interview got over and am happy that we too cleared HR round ( the HR person told us). After 2 days we got a call from a HR (Name: Lingam). This guy actually started speaking like a Vegetable selling man for providing the salary we demanded. It's nothing but 30% increase from what we are getting in our current company. That guy fought with us very bad , he also said he can give only 20k more in the annual salary higher than our MNC company and then we lost the interest in the job. So friends please search in all other firms and finally go to this cmpny. Even my another friend working in this company now also fooled by these HRs.

Pros

Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

Cons

1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
