      Nothing at all. No one deserves to be in a company like Tech Mahindra

      Cons

      If you don't care about your future and are not really bothered about developing skills or making some good money, you can go and join Tech Mahindra.It is the company riddled with mismanagement, lobbyism, politics, dirty tricks and PR stuff - talk about anything and Tech Mahindra is on a different level altogether. And regarding infrastructure and amenities it's Indian railways general compartment. They have no idea when emergency situations occur.They are least bothered about their employees.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
