      Pros

      ELTP Training program for freshers was sufficient to develop technical knowledge required in the field and work-life balance is achieved here.

      Cons

      Once you are allocated to any project as per company needs and not your personal needs, you will be unable to get release from that project no matter howmuch you try until project is completely over or their contract gets over, no manager or HR will listen to you in any case about any opportunities or in which field, you want to progress.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
