      No PROS...!! can't think of anything +ve here.

      Cons

      it starts from cab facility to food to Office Politics (The main culprit). Everything is a mess there. it's like.. as if you are attending a school rather than going to office. No respect for people with talent, for their hard work. if you are ready to run around the senior employees with a bucket to catch the biscuits that they throw at you like a DOG, then only you'll survive there and such kinda people only get nice opportunities.! but what's the use, if you don't get to learn anything. HR's are the worst. No good hikes in salary at all.. i would never ever ever EVER EVER suggest this company to anybody.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
