Cons
I am not writing this because I am unhappy but I am shocked to discover "Values" of Tech Mahindra 1. Nobody works here - Top management, HR, Admin or other support groups. Only IT employees work 2. Worst top management I have ever experienced. They don't care about innovation, project sales or bagging new customers 3. Employee gets nothing other than salary. trust me "Nothing" 4. Your reporting manager has power like CEO of this company. Infact I or my colleagues have never meet CEO of Tech Mahindra since 5 years! 5. Reporting manager can get you promotion, rewards, leaves and everything. He can even get you fired without reason! 6. You will only meet HR during your induction. HR people are just overhead to this company. Their work is to find out ways to trouble employees. Employee motivation 7. The most un-innovative company I have ever worked. They don't believe in training employees or grooming them. They will keep persuading employees to groom themselves and get company new business (best part is they still wont give increments every year!) 8. Increments happen as and when company wants (mostly once in 2 years). Increments of top management happen every year. TechM management is highest paid in IT industry (Not even No. 1 company TCS's management gets paid so much) 9. The list is endless but companies like Tech Mahindra simply exploit their employees
