1. Low pay 2. Very few onsite opportunities, that too you get when you butter managers arse 3. Company treats you like beggars, each and every year @ssholes have one or other reason to give low appraisal. 4. No growth 5. Poor resource allocation 6. Half of the lateral joinees gives a new definition to word 'Idiot'. Most of the Off campus freshers(they recruit from SEED, Maple etc) also fall into this category. 7. People with brains never sticks with TechM. This caused accumulation of idiots at the middle tier level. 8. Never join ATT projects. Try to get BT and other European projects. 9. New leave policy is crooked.
