Pros
I have worked there nearly for 4 years. I felt following are Pros compared to other companies. 1. Good to start you career as fresher. They will provide good exposure and trainings towards technologies. 2. Very good onsite opportunities at early age and less experience. 3. Processes and responding to our concerns even after you are an ex-employee is good. 4. Technical growth is good
Cons
1. Very Less Pay. even after you reach experienced level also you will get only fresher level salary. 2 more work pressure (based on projects)
