- Lot of hierarchy - In my case Managers are not great, never get motivated from them about anything. - You don't expect much technical sound people around you - If you are doing well even though you should not get anything if you didn't speak and demand - Work hours completion - A very worst facility in office for pantry- didn't expect from such reputed company(Sharda Center, Pune Office) - Worst Internet speed, and even after raising concern no improvement
