Pros
good projects. a great place if you want to learn about telecom domain. A lot of onsite opportunities. They have projects in not only Europe but Americas and middle east as well.
Cons
very bad policies. they almost never pay the variable component of salary on time. even if they do its part payment. the appraisal takes months and months to complete. by the time you get appraised salary its almost time for the next appraisal. medical and lta is part of CTC !! please be careful about this. in general not employee friendly policies
