      Pros

      -Trained in IMS(Infrastructure Management Services) technologies was good. -More scope to learn with support from few awesome seniors who support(there will be few who will not/cannot help even though). -A bit of internal politics will be there. -More scope to learn new technologies. -Scope to interact with different people from different regions. -You can play sports if interested.

      Cons

      -They may remove from project/organization at any point of time. -Very less hikes. -Management is not so good.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
