Pros
Middle Management is good(well could depend from Project to Project), good client exposure. Good technical learning opportunities.
Cons
Lack of projects at onsite, lacks career direction for individual, little to no pay raise i was employed for 2 years but had no raises, support functions like HR, immigration, help desk need to raise their standards considerably . It is bit difficult to get things done from immigration and support help desk teams only with great delays would things work for you. Relocation could be a bit more generous.
