Pros

None you can think of. If anyone is saying any, they're either ignorant or just faking a review. Period.

Cons

Where do we start? - This "place" does not even qualify to be called a company because the name has a professional ring to it which this stupidest place does not(!) - You CANNOT rely on any word or any promise absolutely. They can come and say totally opposite like tomorrow as to be it your salary, work expectations, management philosophy (it's a joke this place has any if they say), assignment duration what have you - The meetings are at best ascribed to the Indian fish bazaar mentality. No professionalism, no etiquette. It's as though these people descended straight from a filthiest place - They're only reliant on the H1B visa holders who are at the mercy of the employer because of the stupid law. There's no way you can explain the functioning if not for that. It's not going to change easily - They have a pure conniving philosophy of "taking advantage" of the situation and the employee's requirements - In short, this outfit deserves to be banned from the realm or professionalism. That's not going to happen either because of companies' proclivity to cheap labor

Pros

* Pay arrives on time, consistently. * Benefits package is decent relative to the industry. * They do invest in internal training programs.

Cons

* Promotions happen, but pay raises simply do not — in three years, I never witnessed a single one, regardless of title or tenure. * They clawed back a 1% cost-of-living raise by quietly cutting variable pay by an equivalent amount. * Overtime is effectively off the table. Budget comes first, always. * HR exists on paper only. Don't expect support or resolution when you need it. * Expense reimbursements — including professional certifications — are like pulling teeth. Expect a fight. * Benefits and perks have been steadily eroded over time to cut costs. * Certain groups of employees are visibly and consistently treated with less respect, given fewer opportunities, and held to different standards than others. Leadership has shown no interest in addressing it.
