      I found only the Salary Benefits to be good

      Cons

      I have a List The work Location is out of actual Bangalore City which makes it difficult to -commute and you end up spending 12-13 hours out. The Employee bus service policies are way out of hand. The Senior management were not supportive of you Personal time. I had Sever Back injuries due travelling for almost three hours and when I had to Leave for medical reason. The Senior Management + the HR were the worst to seek any help.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
