A lot people you deal with here are lazy and get combative when you call them out on something which effects your ability to be successful in your job. It seems like they will never let go of anyone here at this office even though there are signs they are only just mediocre at their jobs. They don't give you the tools or teamwork to get it done. Instead they place unrealistic pressure and expectations while others on the team can't handle their own work loads so they won't take responsibility for their mistakes and blame others for their incompetence.
